CORONAVIRUS INFECTIONS AND ANBUTA PLUS

A new coronavirus, 2019-nCoV, related to the SARS and MERS diseases that have caused epidemics, has been discovered in China and started to spread. There are, till now, no vaccines or antiviral drugs that are approved for prevention or treatment of the new virus.

Cases increase by more than 60% (January 28) — according to the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Authorities also report that more than 100 people have died as a result of the infection. Apparently, people without symptoms can infect others. If such asymptomatic cases are common and these individuals can spread the virus, then containing its spread will be much more difficult.

The more it multiplies, the more cases there are and the more the risk of mutation increases. There is also a risk of virus recombination, the formation of a new variety of viruses resulting from the genetic mixture of two nearby viruses. And what the genome analysis suggests is that this is a relative of the SARS and MERS coronaviruses as well as other known human coronaviruses.

The virus has already likely mutated to acquire the capacity to “jump” from animals to humans and to be transmitted person-to-person. Since this is an RNA virus, it will continue to mutate as long as it continues to circulate in humans

Activation of macrophages represents one of the first events in the innate response. The mechanisms of innate and adaptive immunity are, however, interdependent. This intercommunication is also performed through macrophages, which participate in the production, mobilization, activation and regulation of all effector cells of the immune system. The components of innate immunity are mechanical barriers, secreted products, and include mononuclear phagocytes and Natural Killer cells. The innate immune response not only exerts an important protective function but also serves to initiate and regulate the subsequent acquired immune response. ANBUTA PLUS is not a vaccine, but can prevent the 2019-nCoV contamination, activating the innate Immune System, so the virus can mutate or recombine, but CD8, NK cells, macrophages, can recognize them and cells-bearing virus.
